Love the new interface for browsing menus by category. I like that I can reorder past selections so quickly and I dont have to login again.

Ive tried many apps but none are like this one. This app actually gives me points for ordering so I can use for my next order and already got 10 dollars stocked from 4 orders
Some bad moments
For whatever reason I cant browse the neighborhood, whether putting in an address or using location. Keep encountering the "Oops" error. Since I literally cant tap anything in the app I just dont know what to do to fix it.
Just opened the app, and theres no way to switch from laundry to food. I only have the laundry option. Theres also no help section or tutorial on how to switch from one section to another. Seems like false advertising. Or a broken app.
The Delivery.com app is better designed, IMO, than Foodler, DoorDash, and other delivery apps Ive used. Its easy to browse and search restaurants and place orders... when it works.
BUT there are serious service problems the app should be designed to avoid. Ive received coupon codes that turn out to be irredeemable. Once I received an order that was missing an item and had to spend several minutes on the phone with customer service before they agreed to refund the tax and tip on the item (an extra $3–4) rather than just the ticket price. Once I placed an order and then received a call informing me that the restaurant had closed 20 minutes before the order was placed. 10 minutes later, I placed a second order and later received a call informing me that that restaurant did not deliver to my area. I asked the dispatcher whether Delivery.com often listed restaurants customers could not actually order from, expecting the answer to be, "No, that must have been a mistake, and were looking into it." Instead, they said, "Yes, apparently quite often." And so on.
Unless customer service seriously turns around, I will be using Delivery.com to browse restaurants and literally any other app to actually place my orders.
Not compatible with my version of the iPad? I have an iPad 4? Oh well, if your app isnt compatible with my iPad I guess I will not use your service any longer. There are plenty of other services that support my iPad.
Downloaded app, entered my address, only one restaurant listed, nothing else, $10 delivery fee, $50 minimum order, no thanks, deleted app.
Everything is perfect except for the small fact that I cant seem to modify payment methods through the app.
I dont mean add new ones, but edit current ones.
Also every once in a while I am forced to pick a garnish. Even though I dont want one! I have to write on the notes to not add that to the item.
Newest version: cant freaking redeem points.... when Im at the menu it says I have 5K plus but when I go to redeem it says zero....
