Love the new interface for browsing menus by category. I like that I can reorder past selections so quickly and I dont have to login again.
Didnt work for a month. Customer service tracked me down and helped me fix. Apple should allow developers to reach out based on feedback. Anyway it works now so will see if its consistent.
For whatever reason I cant browse the neighborhood, whether putting in an address or using location. Keep encountering the "Oops" error. Since I literally cant tap anything in the app I just dont know what to do to fix it.

Just opened the app, and theres no way to switch from laundry to food. I only have the laundry option. Theres also no help section or tutorial on how to switch from one section to another. Seems like false advertising. Or a broken app.
The Delivery.com app is better designed, IMO, than Foodler, DoorDash, and other delivery apps Ive used. Its easy to browse and search restaurants and place orders... when it works. BUT there are serious service problems the app should be designed to avoid. Ive received coupon codes that turn out to be irredeemable. Once I received an order that was missing an item and had to spend several minutes on the phone with customer service before they agreed to refund the tax and tip on the item (an extra $3–4) rather than just the ticket price. Once I placed an order and then received a call informing me that the restaurant had closed 20 minutes before the order was placed. 10 minutes later, I placed a second order and later received a call informing me that that restaurant did not deliver to my area. I asked the dispatcher whether Delivery.com often listed restaurants customers could not actually order from, expecting the answer to be, "No, that must have been a mistake, and were looking into it." Instead, they said, "Yes, apparently quite often." And so on. Unless customer service seriously turns around, I will be using Delivery.com to browse restaurants and literally any other app to actually place my orders.
Easy to use and delivery.com has been very responsive when theres been problems.
Easy to navigate and very user friendly! Also they send updates and have great features. Much better than seamless for sure!

The most easy to use and helpful app ever. All you need is to be hungry and click a couple of buttons and the rest is taken care of...
Ive tried many apps but none are like this one. This app actually gives me points for ordering so I can use for my next order and already got 10 dollars stocked from 4 orders

Less selection, but much better user experience than Grubhub / Seamless. Plus you cant go wrong with the loyalty program and discounts!
In recruiting restaurants for participation in delivery.com, I only wish that more restaurants serving vegan organic and gluten-free products was available. The app has beenA pleasure to use and almost always insurers delivery of items exactly as I prefer them.
Love the new update! The bottom navbar makes it sooo much easier and faster to navigate the app. I order from here every week and the points are the best thing ever!
Great alternative to Seamless. Love the rewards program and ability to order beer, liquor or wine.
